The Holy Qur'an and the number 19

I also have a copy of Dr. Khalifa's translation of the Holy Qur'an.  It contains many of his decodings of the 19 and how it works.  There is an issue of one surah as "false" according to his claims.  I cannot find it now, but I remember hearing that his 19 code actually placed the surah back in that he initially argued should be taken out.

I did not know that he had a translation of the Holy Quran! I must look for it.
